poor service ground floor
the breakfast was good, it had a good selection.
the service wasn't great at the start. staff seemed like they did not want to help. the room i was given was not what i expected, i expected a view of the lake, i got a ground floor room that looked at a tall shrub.

the room offered a spacious layout with views of the lake. the staff were helpful and i appreciated the excellent service. breakfast and dinner met expectations. the building has attractive rooms.

good location spacious room friendly staff relaxing environment
The hotel's location felt perfect. the spacious room included good facilities. i found the staff were friendly and helpful. They ensured i enjoyed my stay. the food tasted good and was served promptly in a relaxing environment.
the lakehouse is across from the waterhead inn by a busy street. crossing it felt a bit difficult.
