the service wasn't great at the start. staff seemed like they did not want to help. the room i was given was not what i expected, i expected a view of the lake, i got a ground floor room that looked at a tall shrub.

The hotel's location felt perfect. the spacious room included good facilities. i found the staff were friendly and helpful. They ensured i enjoyed my stay. the food tasted good and was served promptly in a relaxing environment.

the lakehouse is across from the waterhead inn by a busy street. crossing it felt a bit difficult.
